SIAD Oenology Prize awarded to the 2022 winner during the OICCE conference on May 27th

The Oicce Convention will take place on Friday 27 May from 9.30 to 16.30 at the University Center - Piazzale Fabrizio De Andrè - Asti.

During the event we will present the SIAD-OICCE 2022 Award for innovation in the use of technical gases in viticulture and enology to the Enologist Gregorio Santini, winner of the 2022 edition.

The aim of the conference is to take stock of the most current information on the various maceration techniques. We will talk about the evolution of maceration enzymes in red winemaking, the role of maceration in the design of wines that meet the market demand and the maceration experiences carried out on wines from different wine-making areas.
