American Academy of Sleep Medicine Certifies Institute for Five Years

Deborah Heart and Lung Center's Institute of Sleep Medicine received its five-year reaccreditation status from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

The Institute itself was reaccredited as well as its home apnea testing program.

Pulmonologist Zeeshan Khan, DO, Medical Director for the Institute of Sleep Medicine was pleased with the Institute's reaccreditation.

"This stamp of approval by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine is a testament to all the hard work of our team who maintains the most exacting and rigorous standards at the Institute," he said. "To have our facility undergo the Academy's thorough review process to meet accreditation standards demonstrates that we provide our patients with the highest quality in sleep evaluation and diagnosis."
