The Board of Directors of the Company, in its regular meeting held today, approved the Consolidated Audited Financial Statement of the Corporation and its Subsidiaries, as well as parent standalone audited financial statements, corresponding to the financial year ended 31 December 2021, as audited by the Corporation's External Auditor, Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co.
