Dronamics Capital's IPO created a furore - the issue was nearly 4.5 times oversubscribed
Sofia, 02 December 2021 - Dronamics Capital Initial Public Offering created a furore! The company, established to invest in the cargo drone company Dronamics, raised a maximum of ca. BGN 6 million. The shares of the company have been almost 4.5 times oversubscribed during the auction today.
"The investors supported the future change of the global air freight business model, which will come on the wings of Dronamics.," said Assoc. Prof. Dr Manyu Moravenov, Executive Director of Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
BSE admitted to trading a temporary issue of shares of Dronamics Capital for the Initial Public Offering of 5,334,081 shares. That is beam's #6 successful IPO this year.
