CES Unveiled Returns In-Person with Innovation and Entrepreneurship Taking Center Stage in Paris and Amsterdam

The Consumer Technology Association (CTA)® convened the tech industry at CES® Unveiled Amsterdam on Oct. 14 and CES® Unveiled Paris on Oct. 19 for a successful return to in-person events. Featuring nearly 100 exhibiting companies, the events hosted more than 800 attendees, including more than 45 members of the media. Attendees heard from the Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy for the Netherlands Stef Blok; Constantijn van Oranje, Special Envoy for Techleap.nl and France's Secretary of State for Digital Transition and Electronic Communications Cédric O on how innovation can help build greater sustainability.

During both events, thought-leaders highlighted groundbreaking innovations and companies that are making a difference in creating a responsible future.

CTA announced CES 2022 Innovation Honorees from Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, the United Kingdom and France, including 14 products from the Netherlands and 16 products from France. This year's CES Innovation Awards program had a record of 1,800 submissions for consideration.

"We're thrilled to see over 150 startups from France and the Netherlands joining Eureka Park this year, in addition to over 1100 companies that have committed to exhibit in Las Vegas. With the announcement of the US borders opening to international travelers starting November 8th, we are already seeing the number of exhibitors grow every day."

Owned and produced by CTA, CES 2022 will convene the tech industry in-person and digitally, Wednesday, Jan. 5 to Saturday, Jan. 8, with Media Days taking place Monday, Jan. 3 to Tuesday, Jan. 4. Global audiences will have access to major brands and startups, as well as the world's most-influential leaders and industry advocates. For over 50 years, CES has been the global stage for innovation, and CES 2022 will provide an opportunity for companies from around the world, both large and small, to launch products, build brands and form partnerships.
