Athletic Field/Court Reservation & Cancellation Info

Reminder that athletic field/court requests and cancellations are due seven (7) days prior, unless unusual circumstance. Please be mindful to relinquish any dates you will not use, as soon as possible. Especially around the holidays such as Memorial Day weekend and Independence Day.

Spring season ends July 31st.

Fall season is for play August 1-November 30th. Online registration will be available July 1-15. Please only request for fall season. No requests for 2025 Spring will be honored. The system will then be shut down for approximately two weeks for field scheduling. Historic priority use of fields/courts may be lost if not requested by the deadline of July 15th. Historic field use goes by season (fall or spring), field, day of week, timeslot (ex. 6-8 pm). A notification will be sent once field scheduling for requests received prior to the deadline has been completed. If your request cannot be approved, you will need to reapply for a field/court once registration re-opens. Please do not contact this office asking about the status of your request, this creates even more of a backlog. Multipurpose Fields are not lined, and equipment is not provided. No items are to be stored at the fields. If you need assistance navigating the reservation system/using your account, you may phone 301.600.1450.
