Grenade launcher operators and snipers finish their training at Prudboy training ground near Volgograd

Grenade launcher operators and snipers from Southern Military District (SMD) mechanised infantry units are finishing their training at Prudboy training ground located near Volgograd.

About 100 servicemen have been upgrading their skills in using RPG-7V shoulder-launched anti-tank grenade launchers and AGS-17 automatic grenade launchers, as well as Dragunov sniper rifles (SVD) and large-calibre army sniper rifles (ASVK).

Grenade launcher operators eliminated armoured equipment and manpower of the mock enemy at maximum ranges launching grenades of major armour penetration capacity and rounds equipped with instant-effect fuses. Snipers have been practicing to destroy mock enemy's unmanned aviation.

Electronic warfare professionals transmitted the data related to the detected aerial vehicles to the command post, snipers were decided to destroy the drones. Servicemen eliminated mock enemy's drones from camouflaged firing positions.
