Police Seeking Assistance Identifying Man Involved In Assault Causing Bodily Harm Investigation, 160 Spadina Avenue, Security Camera Video Released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance identifying a man as part of an assault causing bodily harm investigation.

It is reported that:

On Sunday, July 28, 2019, at approximately 3:14 a.m., a man approached the victim near 160 Spadina Avenue.

- the victim became involved in a heated argument with the man

- the argument escalated into a fight, and as a result the victim received several stab wounds

- the man fled on a bicycle eastbound on Queen Street West and Spadina Avenue

- the victim was transported to hospital and treated for his injuries

A security camera video can be viewed on Youtube.

The suspect is described as approximately 5'8', a slim build, and with afro or curly hair. He was last seen wearing a grey or blue plain t-shirt, possibly wearing black pants and riding a dark coloured road bike.
