The winners of the relay race on the BMP-3 of the all-army stage of the competition Suvorov Attack were the cadets of the DVOKU

The winners of the relay of motorized rifle platoons on infantry fighting vehicles BMP-3of the all-army stage of the competition Suvorov Attack of the Games-2021 were cadets of the Far Eastern Higher Combined Arms Command School named after Marshal of the Soviet Union K. K. Rokossovsky (DVOKU). The second place was taken by the military personnel of the Southern Military District, the third - the Western Military District.

The first in the history of the Army International Games races of motorized rifle platoons, which are armed with infantry fighting vehicles BMP-3, were held at the training ground of the Central Military District (CMD) in the Chelyabinsk region. The competition was attended by three crews from three teams-Western, Southern military districts and DVOKU. Each team overcame 72 kilometers of the competition distance and about 100 natural and artificial obstacles.

In contrast to the BMP-2, the BMP-3 combat vehicles are armed with a 100-mm gun, for firing from which an additional group of targets was equipped at the firing line, simulating an artillery gun and a gun crew.

The best speed and accuracy in the relay of motorized rifle platoons on the BMP-3 was demonstrated by the team of cadets of the DVOKU, having covered the distance in 2 hours, 7 minutes and 55 seconds, the second place was won by the team of the Southern Military District, ahead of the bronze medalists - motorized infantry of the Western Military District - by 13 minutes and 21 seconds.

The relay of motorized rifle platoons on BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles, performing in the second division of the Suvorov Attack, completed the competition program. Earlier, the team of the Central Military District became the winner of the first division of the all-army stage of the competition for field training among motorized rifle units on the BMP-2 for the first time. The closing ceremony and awarding of the winners will be held at the Chebarkulsky training ground (Chelyabinsk region) on May 28.
