The ordinary shareholder’s meeting approved the financial statements at december 31th 2021

The Shareholders' Meeting of ILBE (Iervolino and Lady Bacardi Entertainment), a company that produces film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan - IT0005380602 - IE and Euronext Growth Paris - IT0005380602 - ALIE) - held today in ordinary session - approved the Iervolino & Lady Bacardi Entertainment S.p.A. financial statement as at 31th December 2021, the Directors' report on Operations, the Statutory Auditors' and the Independent Auditors' reports, and took note of the consolidated financial statements as at December 31th 2021.

Furthermore, the Shareholders' Meeting resolved to allocate to extraordinary reserve the Iervolino & Lady Bacardi Entertainment S.p.A. 2021 net income, amounting to Euro 20.7 millions. Lastly, the Shareholders' Meeting appointed EY S.p.A. to carry out the legal audit of the Company's accounts. EY S.p.A. will remain in office for three year and in particular up to the Shareholders' Meeting that will approve the financial statements as at December 31th 2024.
