LyondellBasell Announces 7.6 Percent Increase to Quarterly Dividend

HOUSTONand LONDON, May 28, 2021/PRNewswire/ -- LyondellBasell (NYSE: LYB), one of the largest plastics, chemicals and refining companies in the world, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.13per share, representing a 7.6 percent increase over the company's first quarter 2021 dividend. The dividend will be paid June 14, 2021 to shareholders of record June 7, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of June 4, 2021.
