Press Release - Notice of Street Closure (Franklin at Oak)

Beginning Thursday, January 27th, the City of Lebanon will be preforming work on Franklin Street at E Oak Street. While construction is underway, this area will be controlled by flaggers. Motorists using this section of Oak and Franklin Street should expect delays. Construction is expected to take place from 7:00 a.m. to approximately 5:00 p.m.

During construction, Franklin Street will be closed to through traffic. Residents in the affected area will be afforded reasonable access but shall expect short periods of time where access to individual driveways may not be possible in addition to delays and/or detours around the construction activities.
