Oslo Børs, in capacity as take-over supervisory authority, has approved an
amendment to the following offer set out in offer document dated 17 March 2022,
as amended on 29 March 2022, in respect of:

Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in NTS ASA made by SalMar ASA.

The amendment relates to an adjustment of the cash consideration due to a
resolution as of 8 June 2022 in SalMar ASA, the offeror, to make a dividend
distribution in the amount of NOK 20 per share in SalMar ASA. The consideration
in the offer is adjusted to compensate for the effect of such resolution.

The consideration per share in NTS ASA is, as amended, NOK 26.86482 in cash and
0.143241 consideration shares in SalMar ASA.
