The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 12th, 2018, at 3 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 129 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:

D18-0024: Property Owner is City of Tracy and Applicant is Schack and Company Inc. - 4350 and 4276 N. Tracy Blvd. - Public hearing to consider a Development Review application to expand the American Custom Meats parking lot by approximately one acre for the addition of approximately 74 proposed parking stalls located at 4350 and 4276 N. Tracy Blvd. The project has been determined to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15332, which pertains to certain in-fill development projects. All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
