Sidley represented Dream Sports, the owner of online fantasy sports platform Dream11, and India's first online gaming unicorn, in closing a US$400 million secondary funding round, bringing Dream Sports' valuation close to US$5 billion. Investors participating in the round included Falcon Edge Capital, Tiger Global, ChrysCapital, TCV, D1 Capital Partners, Steadview Capital, and Footpath Ventures, among others.
