Do Morrisey, Jenkins, and Blankenship agree with budget plan to gut Medicare?

Budget proposal will cut $554 billion from Medicare

CHARLESTON, WV- The White House just released a budget proposal that will hurt West Virginia seniors. The plan calls for deep cuts to the safety net seniors depend on, specifically a $554 billion dollar cut to Medicare. Evan Jenkins, Patrick Morrisey, and Don Blankenship will all follow the Republican agenda blindly in cutting Medicare.

Morrisey, Jenkins, and Blankenship owe seniors an explanation about where they stand on the proposed $554 billion Medicare cut.

All three have backed the Republican tax scam that put Medicare on the chopping block for these major cuts.

Birds of a feather flock together, and the silence from Morrisey, Jenkins, and Blankenship speaks volumes.

'The Republican Senate candidates all supported deficit exploding legislation to force a major cut to Medicare and other programs seniors count on,' said Brittni McGuire, spokeswoman for the West Virginia Democratic Party. 'West Virginia Republicans have no problem leaving our seniors in the cold by destroying Medicare.'
