Adoption of AI-powered processes on Pulse HR platform to reach 94% in 2022

HR platform Pulse's AI implementation rate is expected to reach 94% in 2022, stated Natalia Akhmina, director of Sber's HR Platform Division, addressing HR Digital 2021. Sber was the technology partner of the international summit.

AI is currently utilized in a raft of processes. Due to the use of a computer vision algorithm, putting new employees on the staff has become 40% faster. When searching for candidates, a robot is used: it calls the candidate, helps to pass the assessment and fill out a job application form, and answers typical questions. The robot replaces approximately 15 recruiters. In addition, AI helps to customize Pulse for a specific employee, analyzing their behavior model and recommending career growth and learning trajectories, offering content from a huge catalog of training sessions, audiobooks, videos, presentations, etc.

Ninety-five per cent of Pulse processes are automated: an HR professional can parse CVs, personnel documents, contracts, rank lists of candidates for further effective processing by recruiters, and predict recruiting figures for timely processing. The platform is available to users in the form of a website and an app for smartphones and tablets. Eighty per cent of HR processes are available on a smartphone.

Pulse currently counts over 230,000 active users. In a survey, they said their real experience when using the platform meets 85% of their expectations.

Natalia Akhmina, director of the HR Platform Division, Sber:

"The HR platform Pulse is based on advanced technological principles: mobile first, smart interface, integration and user experience. Leveraging the platform, managers can make data-driven decisions and automate processes to make HR more efficient."

The globally celebrated American thought leader Jordan Shapiro, PhD also spoke at the summit as a guest invited by Sber. In his speech "Lifelong Learning and the Professional Path: Strategies for Productivity and Self-Realization," he talked about how to help employees perceive professional achievements as part of their long life journey. Using examples of business, online entrepreneurship and non-governmental organizations, he addressed the Russian HR community and shared strategies to encourage employees to show their creativity, enthusiasm and desire to feel fulfilled.

HR Digital is the most significant business event by HeadHunter, which annually brings together leading HR specialists, heads of HR departments, top managers and company owners. This year's summit is the 11th one.
