Congratulations to our client Industrious on its $100 million convertible preferred-equity investment by CBRE Group (NYSE: CBRE), the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. This brings CBRE's total investment in Industrious to date to $330 million.

Industrious is a provider of premium flexible workplace solutions. CBRE's latest investment will enable Industrious to accelerate its international expansion and execute key strategic growth initiatives.
