In Primorsky territory, military personnel of the Pacific Fleet marine corps unit (PF) take part in a training camp for driving BTR-82A armored personnel carriers over rough terrain at the Bamburovo training ground.

Mechanics-drivers practice the skills of riding combat vehicles off-road, overcoming various obstacles, including blockages, ravines, steep ascents, descents and slopes.

The gathering on driving in extreme conditions includes classes both during the day and at night, in any weather.

In addition, military personnel train to evacuate damaged equipment from hard-to-reach places using various towing techniques.

More than 200 marines and 20 units of military and special equipment are taking part in the gathering.
