SoftBank Corp. (hereinafter the 'Company') hereby announces that it has finalized the undetermined items of the stock acquisition rights to be issued to executive officers and employees of the Company, and board directors, executive officers and employees of the Company's subsidiaries (hereinafter the 'Stock Acquisition Rights') in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors on December 21, 2020, as stated below.

Ⅰ. Amount of assets to be contributed upon exercise of the Stock Acquisition Rights

JPY 136,600 per unit of the Stock Acquisition Rights (JPY 1,366 per share)

Ⅱ. Persons to be allotted the Stock Acquisition Rights, the number of such persons, and the number of the Stock Acquisition Rights to be allotted

1,035,207 units to executive officers and employees of the Company, and board directors, executive officers and employees of the Company's subsidiaries totaling 22,186 people

Ⅲ. Total number of the Stock Acquisition Rights

1,035,207 units

Ⅳ. Class and total number of shares to be issued or transferred upon exercise of the Stock Acquisition Rights

103,520,700 shares of common stock
