Harris Joins Executive Committee of The Richard Linn American Inn of the Court

Taft Chicago partner Marcus Harris has been elected to serve on the Executive Committee of The Richard Linn American Inn of Court. The Linn Inn is one of twenty-two American Inns of Court in the United States and in Japan that concentrates on intellectual property. The Inn is a distinguished organization that focuses on building collegiality and improving the practice of intellectual property law.

Harris has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating Enterprise Software related licenses, implementation and SaaS agreements, as well as litigating failed software implementations in courts and before arbitration panels across the country.
