Comprehensive eCommerce website creates personal shopping experience for veterinary professionals

Finding time in a hectic veterinary practice to order animal health products from Zoetis just became faster and easier, thanks to a new web-based ordering site that offers customers in the United States 24/7 access to more than 300 product lines that support the health of beef and dairy cattle, poultry, pigs, dogs, cats, horses and sheep.

Currently, Zoetis processes 2,000 orders a day, five days a week in the U.S., through its call center. As customers engage the eCommerce site, they will have the flexibility of ordering 24/7 online and still receive the high level of customer support veterinarians and livestock producers have come to expect from Zoetis.
