Deka Immobilien has signed a new lease agreement for around 37,500 square meters in Brussels to Proximus SA, the largest Belgian communications group, who will occupy the office space in the "Boréal" building at 55 rue de Progrès. The tenant will use the area for maximum four years as a temporary accommodation, during which time they will renovate their current headquarters and convert the Proximus Towers into a Green & Digital Campus.
