In line with Pan Pacific Hotels Group's 'Pan Pacific Cares' programme, PARKROYAL on Beach Road continues to care for the community, staff, guests and environment. As part of this programme, Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG) has collaborated with Diversey, a leader in healthcare and infection prevention, and are following recommended protocols in accordance with World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines, using best-in-class cleaning and infection prevention solutions.

Contactless payment and digital menus have been implemented at the hotel's F&B establishments, as well as an ongoing stringent cleaning and hygiene protocol, along with safe distancing measures for guests' safety, convenience and peace of mind. In addition, floor and seating plans have been redesigned to ensure appropriate physical distancing between tables and seats per table, while safe distancing reminders including signage and floor stickers are placed prominently in queues and throughout the outlet.

Dining tables and chairs are sanitised with healthcare grade disinfectant after every use, cutlery is pre-wrapped in napkins and offered after guests are seated, and glassware is protected with lids.
