WFBF Statement on Summer Ethanol Blend Waiver

Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation President Brad Olson released the following statement today regarding the Biden administration's emergency fuel waiver to allow the sale of summer gasoline blends containing 15% ethanol (E15).

"Wisconsin farmers appreciate the Environmental Protection Agency granting an emergency waiver for the year-round sale of E15. The biofuels industry is part of our country's energy independence plan. Ethanol is a sustainable solution for a safe, locally grown fuel source that can provide an additional revenue source for Wisconsin farmers."
