KFH Offers Advanced Services to Enhance Employees Transformation to Digitalization

Considering its continuous endeavor to enhance digitalization environment and fulfill the needs of its employees, KFH has provided two self-service devices to provide HR services to employees.

The two devices are located at Baitak Tower and KFH-Auto show room. Accordingly, KFH employees can obtain certain HR services round the clock and outside work premises.

Manager Employee Support at KFH, Jasem Alshehab said that this step which is taken by the group human resources department shall save time and effort, facilitate procedures for employees, achieve service automation and enhance the comprehensive vision towards digitalization at all business levels inside and outside KFH.

He added that KFH is keen on providing its employees with the latest highly advanced digital solutions, tools and devices which would facilitate the process of obtaining the services they need without any difficulties. This process aims to enhance work environment and accelerate digitalization efforts which is considered as an integral part of KFH strategy.

Alshehab indicated that the employee is able, through HR Kiosk systems and the use of work ID, to access the HR system, obtain several services and print certificates in a safe and quick manner, thus achieving KFH digitalization vision in all aspects of work where employees are concerned.

He said that the two devices are just an initial step towards providing further automated and swift services to employees, using confidential, secured, swift and high-tech tools. The new services enable employees to obtain HR services outside duty hours through locations which may be close to them especially for employees working outside head office.

He indicated that the service enables employees to print several certificates and documents through the devices without the need to visit HR department physically.

Alshehab indicated that employee care is a basic trend for KFH as it reflects its care for employees and its continuous endeavor to achieve employees' satisfaction and provide them with the best services.
