Showcasing a European-influenced menu overlaid with traditional oriental flavours that pay homage to both the city of Melbourne and Ginger's Southeast Asian roots, prepare your tastebuds for dishes that amply reflect the region's rich culinary heritage with a modern twist, including traditional Malaysian Rendang served on polenta, Edamame Risotto with crispy lotus root, and to finish, Milk Tea Panna Cotta.
