1. Bring a credit or debit cardfor purchases

Hersheypark Stadium is now a cashless venue but will be accepting all major credit cards. Don't worry - if you forgot your credit card, stop by the Box Office for assistance.

2. Review the venue safety policy

Guest safety is our top priority. For more than 80 years, Hersheypark Stadium has provided world-class entertainment and sporting events in a safe and enjoyable environment. Our updated safety enhancements can be found here.

Additionally, all guests will be required to enter through walk-through metal detectors.

3. Plan to arrive early to accommodate for potential traffic

Plan to arrive at least one hour prior to the start of the show to accommodate for potential concert and Hersheypark traffic. Doors open 90 minutes prior to the start of the show so take advantage of that time to find your seat and grab food or drinks before the concert begins.

4. Show your ticket stub when parking

Did you know parking is included in the price of your concert ticket at Hersheypark Stadium? When you present your ticket stub at the designated concert parking lot, you will not be required to pay a parking fee. The parking lots open at 12 p.m. the day of the show and if you're planning to tailgate, make sure to check out the tailgating policy before doing so.

5. Keep personal items to a minimum

If you're bringing a bag, make sure it is 12'x12'x6' in dimension or smaller as larger bags will not be permitted in the venue. Hershey Entertainment & Resorts reserves the right to stop all items from entering the Stadium that could pose a risk to public safety.

The following items will not be allowed inside Hersheypark Stadium: Any bags larger than 12'x12'x6', selfie-sticks, coolers, inflatable items, beach balls, laser pointers, signs, banners, flags, umbrellas, glow sticks, spike jewelry, wallet chains, weapons of any kind, aerosol cans, lawn chairs, outside food and beverages (to include alcoholic beverages), illegal substances, and video or audio recording devices.

6. Stay hydrated

With the hot days that come with summer concerts, we want you to stay hydrated and cool. In order to do so, one sealed water bottle per ticketholder is permitted in the venue. Reusable and open water bottles are not permitted.

7. Visit Hersheypark

Hersheypark Stadium is located right next to Hersheypark, a 121-acre amusement park with dozens of rides, a water park and a zoo. If you're attending a concert at Hersheypark Stadium, you can receive discounted admission to Hersheypark on the day of, the day before or the day after an event. All you have to do is present proof of your ticket at Ticketing Services located in Tram Circle to receive the concert special of $52.95. That means you can ride some mild to wild coasters before singing the night away!

8. Have fun

There is nothing we enjoy more than seeing concertgoers singing and dancing along to their favorite artists at our venue. Keep these tips in mind when attending a show so you can focus on making memories that will last.
