An industrial operation to reinforce the relevance in the transfusion and admissions sector, to complete the offer with software for analysis laboratories, pathological anatomy and clinical imaging.

The Tesi Group creates advanced information systems in the diagnostic, clinical, surgical and management fields, with particular reference to transfusion systems, in vitro and imaging diagnostics and admissions.

Gpi's intention is to establish synergies between important industrial companies with an international scope, in order to increase their capacity for innovation and strengthen their presence in their respective markets. The transaction is fully in line with Gpi's strategic guidelines, which envisage increasing business and relevance through acquisitions and industrial operations
