COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing in SFO

This notice is to inform Airport Ground Transportation Operators that COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination at San Francisco International Airport are available.

COVID-19 Testing

Operators may register for a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Test with Worksite Labs located adjacent to the Long-Term Parking Lot and Cell Phone Waiting Lot. Operators can choose either the 12 or 24-hour test. Both tests are covered by insurance. For operators who do not have insurance, payment can be made via credit card: $90 for 24-hour test and $150 for 12-hour test. Test appointments are available daily between 7:00am and 7:00pm. Appointments are required and can be made online.

COVID-19 Vaccination

Operators may go to SFO's Medical Clinic (located on the International Terminal's Departure Level, A- Side) for Johnson & Johnson vaccination and booster between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Appointments are recommended. Walk- in may be accepted on a first-come, first served basis. Appointments can be made online.

Additionally, the Airport is hosting a vaccine clinic for booster doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines (ages 18+) on Wednesday, February 16, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Appointments are required and can be made online
