Two Illinois REALTORS® who earned RCE designations honored at NAR’s Legislative Meetings

Two Illinois REALTORS® were recognized today at the National Association of REALTORS® Legislative Meetings & Trade Expo in Washington, D.C., for earning the REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE) designation for association executives.

Ramona Ruskuls is the Director of Specialty Divisions for the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®, and Tina Franklin is the CEO for the Kankakee-Iroquois-Ford Association of REALTORS®.

The two were honored during a special RCE Leadership Luncheon during the meetings. RCE is the professional designation designed specifically for REALTOR® association executives. They earn the designation by accumulating points through an experience and education-based application form and comprehensive written exam.
