Cuatrecasas advises Lantek on its sale to TRUMPF

The lawyers at Cuatrecasas advised the industrial software company Lantek on its sale to the German group TRUMPF.

Lantek will continue to operate under its current name with its staff of over 220 employees. Founded in 1986, the company is headquartered in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Basque Country) and has offices in 14 countries. It specializes in applying digital technology to sheet metal and steel cutting and processing, and has over 25,700 clients in 100 countries.

The Cuatrecasas advisory team was made up of Elvira Azaola, Kepa Izaguirre and Mikel Puyadena.
