We are once again, elated to announce that Waters has been named one of the best places to work for LGBTQ+ equality. This year, Waters received the highest score of 100 percent rating on the 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's annual scorecard for LGBTQ+ workplace equality. Our presence on this distinguished list demonstrates our commitment to our employees, customers, and shareholders to continue to ensure human rights are available to all people regardless of who they are.

The CEI rates companies on detailed criteria falling under four central pillars:

  • Non-discrimination policies across business entities
  • Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families
  • Supporting an inclusive culture
  • Corporate social responsibility

Waters' efforts in satisfying all the CEI's criteria earned a 100 percent ranking.
