Ammonia and Urea plant stoppage - 12/3/2021

According to the Capital Market Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the Board of
Petrokemija d.d. has issued the following notice:
The Ammonia and Urea plant has been temporarily shut down due to a technical failure. The plant is
expected to resume operation following the technical fault assessment and repair.
Other mineral fertilizer production plants operate as planned and provide sufficient volumes of all
mineral fertilizers needed for Croatia and the region markets.
