The Exchange is in receipt of a communication from the SEBI which inter-alia states as under:
1) Please find the following notification issued by the United Nations Security Council
(UNSC) <_o3a_p>Committee :<_o3a_p>
a.Note SC/15664 dated April 15, 2024 regarding the amendment in 1 entry, details are mentioned in the attachment, in UNSC's 1718 Sanctions List of Designated Individuals and Entities.(Annexure)

3) Press releases concerning changes to the Committee's Sanctions List may be found in the "Press
Releases" section on the Committee's website at the following URLs.
4) In this regard you are advised to :

a. Follow the procedure as mentioned in the Ministry of Finance Order F.No.P-12011/14/2022-ES Cell-DOR, dated January 30 2023 detailing the procedures for the implementation of Section 12A of Weapons of Mass destruction and their Delivery Systems (Prohibition of Unlawful Activities) Act, 2005.
b. Scan all existing accounts to ensure that no account is held by or linked to any of the entities or individuals included in the list and also ascertain the same for future accounts as well (as per SEBI Circular 'Procedure for implementation of Section 12A of the Weapons of Mass Destruction and their Delivery Systems (Prohibition of Unlawful Activities) Act, 2005 - Directions to stock exchanges and registered intermediaries' dated April 26, 2023.
5) Further, the updates regarding amendments made to UNSC Sanctions List are also available on SEBI website under "Media and Notifications" in a separate tab "UNSC Sanctions Committee List". You are advised to visit SEBI website on a regular basis for updates in this regard.<_o3a_p>
