2024 BSCN Winning Presentation

The 2024 Behavioral Sciences Conference of the North (BSCN) presentation winner was "Addressing the Gap: Measurement Strategies to Understand the Impact of School Resource Officers in Alaska" presented by Jasmine Jones! Her mentor was Mychal Machado, Ph.D., and other student researchers on the project were Joseph Milton, Christina Elmore, Ashe Christensen and Jazmin Ruiz-Reyes. Congratulations Jasmine!

BSCN is an annual research conference hosted collaboratively by the UAA psychology department and student clubs for over thirty years. This student-led, student-focused conference promotes scholarly research and professional development in the fields of psychology, behavioral science and human services across the UA system.
