Notifications to Finnish Trade Register by 29 November 2021

The number of notifications to the Trade Register increases significantly at the end of the year.

Our due date for the receipt of your notifications is therefore 29 November 2021, to make sure that they can be dealt with by 31 December.

Our due date for the receipt of notifications of the implementation of merger or demerger is also 29 November, if you want the implementation to be registered before the end of the year

It is possible to file most notifications with the Trade Register online on the ytj.fi website. Please note that the notifications must be filled in either in Finnish or in Swedish. Online notification is faster than sending paper notifications. Go to ytj.fi to file your notification.
