OK Zimbabwe Dividend Announcement to Shareholders

NOTICE is hereby given that on the 2nd of June 2022, the Board of Directors declared a Dividend Number 31 of ZW$36.5 cents and US$0.13 cents per share payable in respect of the qualifying ordinary shares of the Company to be paid out of the profits for the financial year ended 31 March 2022. This follows an interim dividend of ZW$21 cents.

The dividend will be payable on or about the 28th of June 2022 to shareholders in the Group's register at the close of business on the 17th of June 2022. Disbursements to foreign shareholders is subject to Exchange Control Approval and payment guidelines for foreign payments. The dividend will be paid by direct or other approved forms of transfer as per the following timetable:

The group profit before tax for the year is estimated at ZW$3.5 billion in historic cost terms.

The group audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2022 are expected to be published on or about the 16th of June 2022. Shareholders are encouraged to update their payment details through our offices or our Transfer Secretaries, Corpserve, 2nd Floor, ZB Centre, Kwame Nkrumah Avenue, P. O. Box 2208, Harare, Zimbabwe.
