The City of Tracy Development Services Department will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:

D18-0032: Applicant and Property Owner is Lennar Homes - Assessor's Parcel Numbers 253-360-020 thru 060 and 253-360-080 thru 100- Public hearing to consider a Development Review application for the architectural design and development plan for a 139-lot residential subdivision, known as Village 8 of Tracy Hills Phase 1A, located on approximately 48 acres in the vicinity of Tracy Hills Road. An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was certified by the City Council on April 5, 2016 for the Tracy Hills Specific Plan project, including the Tracy Hills Phase 1A Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map. All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
