D1 Co-Leads Investment in Highspot

Paul, Weiss advised D1 Capital in co-leading a $248 million Series F funding round in Highspot, a sales enablement platform that increases the performance of sales teams. D1 is a new investor in Highspot and co-led the round with B Capital Group. Highspot's total funding is now $648 million, bringing its post-funding valuation to $3.5 billion.

The investment will fuel Highspot's international expansion, product development and hiring across the business. Existing investors ICONIQ Growth, Madrona Venture Group, Salesforce Ventures, Sapphire and Tiger Global Management also participated in the round.

The Paul, Weiss team included corporate partners Ted Ackerman, Raphael Russo and Udi Grofman, and tax partner David Mayo.
