Stage 5 of Roundabout Construction Starts June 6

Stage 5 work will consist of continued excavation, grading, and paving of Windsor River Road east of Windsor Road, installation of a splitter island, storm drains, water service and sidewalk placement on the northeast corner of the intersection. Businesses will remain open and accessible. The pedestrian detour will remain the same but there will be additional vehicle detours as shown here.

Road Closures: The northbound lane of Windsor Road south of Windsor River Road to Wall Street will remain closed. Both directions of Windsor River Road between Windsor Road and Bill Beedie Way will be closed.

Vehicle detours consist of:

• Northbound Windsor Road detour for eastbound Windsor River Road: East on Mitchell Lane to north on Conde Lane to Windsor River Road.
• Northbound Windsor Road detour for westbound Windsor River Road: West on Reiman Lane to north on Starr Road to Windsor River Road.
• Westbound Windsor River Road detour: North on Market Street to west on McClelland Drive to Windsor Road.
• Eastbound Windsor River Road detour: North on Windsor Road to east on McClelland Drive to south on Market Street to Windsor River Road
