Elm Street North Reopens to Traffic

Beginning today at 3 p.m., Elm Street North will reopened to traffic between 13th and 15th Avenues North. This section of roadway had been closed due to the high level of river waters; however, the river water has receded and the road surface has been cleared of all hazards.
