Scituate Barracks

At 10:30 AM, Troopers arrested John Bermingham, age 38 of 531 Winter Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct out of the Woonsocket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Social Street in the City of Woonsocket. The subject was processed at State Police Headquarters and turned over to Sixth District Court for arraignment.

At 4:00 PM, Troopers arrested Andre Rodriguez, age 43 of 84 Ledge Street, Providence, Rhode Island for, 1.) An Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Obstructing and Officer in Execution of Duty out of the State Police Scituate Barracks, 2.) A Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Attempted Breaking and Entering out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Amherst Street in the City of Providence. Rodriguez was processed at State Police Headquarters and turned over to the ACI Men's Intake Center pending arraignment.

At 2:35 AM, Troopers arrested Iysha Johnson, age 31, of 100 Dunnell Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs - B.A.C. 0.10 to 0.15 - First Offense (Phase I: 0.146% and Phase II: 0.133%). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Westminster Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to a responsible adult.
