The Peninsula Beijing is proud to be honoured with One Michelin Star for Jing restaurant and its chef de cuisine, Julien Cadiou received the only Young Chef Award of the city at the launch of the Michelin Guide Beijing 2021. The second edition of the world-famous restaurant guide was unveiled at a glittering ceremony in the Chinese capital on 16 November 2020, and highlights Beijing's thriving status as a culinary destination for Chinese and international dining.
