A Word On Weather And The Taste Of Alpharetta

Some of you may be looking at tomorrow's weather forecast and wondering how the Taste of Alpharetta may be impacted. Let us take a moment to address that.

While the Taste of Alpharetta is a rain-or-shine event, the safety of the public is always our first priority, and the event would be canceled if winds in excess of 20 mph or lightning pose a threat to that safety. Our team is keeping a close eye on the weather forecast today and will be monitoring area weather conditions throughout tomorrow's event so that we can quickly adjust our plans if necessary.

In the event that weather does force the cancelation of this year's Taste of Alpharetta, the City will push information out to event patrons through the Taste of Alpharetta app that the public downloaded to purchase tickets. We will also push information to the public via Facebook and Instagram @tasteofalpharetta and via the City of Alpharetta website and social media channels.
