The New Home Company to Be Acquired by Funds Managed by Affiliates of Apollo

o Citi as financial advisor to The New Home Company (New Home) in its US$173 million definitive agreement to be acquired by funds managed by Apollo Global Management, Inc. (Apollo), valuing New Home at US$338 million. New Home is a new generation homebuilder focused on the design, construction, and sale of innovative and consumer-driven homes in key markets across California, Arizona, and Colorado. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of New Home's fiscal year.

The Fried Frank team was led by corporate partner Philip Richter and included corporate partner Roy Tannenbaum, and corporate associates Whitney J. Dumeng and Paul C. Lee.
