Chemung County Surplus Auction

PUBLIC NOTICE of ONLINE AUCTION for the sale of CHEMUNG COUNTY SURPLUS EQUIPMENT. Bidding starts at 6:00 P.M. on May 14th, 2024 and bids close on May 23rd, 2024 at approximately 6:00 P.M. Items include a Sterling plow truck, five retired Sheriff sedans/SUVs along with several other light duty vehicles, a 2009 Morbark horizontal grinder, one 9,000 cu yd lot of single ground mulch, two trailer mounted generators, a large lot of different size concrete blocks/bricks, various mowers and other lawn equipment. Additionally, there are several 15 ft rotary "batwing" mowers, some restaurant chairs/tables and a Lincoln welder.

Current registered bidders are free, NEW bidders are charged a one-time fee of $10.00 to register their credit card which is required to bid online at AuctionsInternational.com. ONLY online bids at this website will be accepted. Successful bidders shall pay a buyer premium over high bid of ten percent (10%) for cash transactions and fourteen percent (14%) for credit transactions plus NYS sales tax. All items are sold as-is, where-is. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranty for fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. Interested bidders are encouraged to inspect before placing bids. Chemung County reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
