Board to Consider Vet Clinic

A proposed change to the Cranberry Springs development could go to the dogs.

A Public Hearing on a Conditional Use Request for alterations to the Cranberry Springs development was held during Thursday's Board of Supervisors meeting.

The development off Cranberry Springs Drive and Mackenzie Way is comprised of approximately 90 acres. The phase of work was previously approved to include two restaurants, with one already constructed and operational.

The developer has requested a revision to the master plan to include a 5,500-square-foot veterinary clinic within the development, while maintaining space for a second restaurant.

The Board will consider approval of the request at the May 2 meeting.
