Board of Commissioners Recognizes Eagle Scout
The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners recognized the accomplishments of Matthew Van Velsor, who recently earned the Eagle Scout rank, the highest ranking attainable in the Boy Scouts of America program.
Van Velsor's Eagle Scout Project consisted of building an outdoor altar and six benches at St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church in Forsyth County.
The Board congratulates Van Velsor for his outstanding achievements and thanks him for the many hours he has dedicated to serving our community.
