Nearly 50 Years After Roe, Vulnerable Rep. Nicole Malliotakis Threatens Women’s Freedoms

As the nation celebrates 49 years since Roe v. Wade gave women the constitutional right to an abortion, extremist Republicans like Nicole Malliotakis are still trying to take our nation backwards and control women's decisions.

From voting against legislation to protect New Yorkers from attacks on their abortion rights to standing by as her extreme anti-choice colleagues urged the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade, Nicole Malliotakis has once again placed herself on the wrong side of history.

A strong majority of Americans support Roe, yet Rep. Malliotakis has refused to stand up to the nearly 600 dangerous Republican efforts introduced this past year to control women's bodies and take away their freedoms.

The truth is, if Nicole Malliotakis had her way, 36 million women across the country could have their constitutionally-secured rights stripped away from them.
